At Pieces Home, we want you to love your space. If a piece doesn't feel quite right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it and attach it to the original packaging.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Carefully pack your items to prevent damage during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Our team will inspect the returned furniture or decor within 5 business days of arrival and issue your refund to the original payment method.
